inaccurate boardnon-functional ac
The activity board was inaccurate. i tried to book sports events advertised as daily, but i was told there would be none until february. the ac in my room didn't work the first night. the power went out completely for almost three hours the second night. I found this frustrating and inconvenient. on my third night, the restaurant wasn't serving food. It was odd for a tuesday.

I found the staff very cute. They accommodated my needs. the many activities helped people to connect. i plan to book again if i am ever in town. they also have locations all over south america, offering the same fantastic atmosphere for meeting new people.
The bathroom door in our room did not close properly. It was awkward to use the toilet. also, the shower lacked privacy. this made the double room better suited for couples than friends.

the hostel is located near bus and train stations, so getting around is easy. people are always open to chatting and going out. there is a board at the front desk with a schedule of daily activities.

The hostel offers a breakfast service. It starts early. you can purchase coffee, tea and snacks at reception all day! it's really convenient if you need a quick bite or drink.

I had a private room. It had a good size and nice decor. there were also large windows and plenty of light. the room was clean and very good. i would definitely recommend this.

Fantastic Stay with Great Activities!

I stayed in a spacious private room that included double wardrobes. This allowed me to keep everything organized. The common areas were awesome with a functional bar, pool, and ping pong table. The organized activities every day helped me meet new people and discover new friends. The staff was super lovely. They were always available to assist with any questions.
The weekly activity board was not updated correctly. I expected daily sports events, but they were not available. I found this to be very inconvenient. The information should be current to avoid such disappointments.

faulty door
The bathroom door didn't close properly so using the toilet felt awkward I had no idea how the A/C worked. It seemed I couldn't control it. The location felt dodgy especially at night.
